As Technical Support Specialist – Level 2, you are a vital point of contact for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance via tickets and telephone
- Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the entire troubleshooting and resolution process, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction and uptime
- Support customers and partners with system integrations, configurations, and back-office connectivity
- Work closely with the Level 3 support team to implement structural and sustainable solutions
- Assist the sales team with technical queries during both pre-sales and post-sales trajectories, ensuring customers always receive the most suitable solution
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably at Level 2
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- The ability to solve technical problems in a structured and analytical manner
- A natural affinity for IT-systems, integrations, and configurations
