Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical assistance via tickets and telephone
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the entire troubleshooting and resolution process, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction and uptime
  • Support customers and partners with system integrations, configurations, and back-office connectivity
  • Work closely with the Level 3 support team to implement structural and sustainable solutions
  • Assist the sales team with technical queries during both pre-sales and post-sales trajectories, ensuring customers always receive the most suitable solution

Required skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably at Level 2
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • The ability to solve technical problems in a structured and analytical manner
  • A natural affinity for IT-systems, integrations, and configurations
  • Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across Support, Sales, and Development
