Technical Sales Support

As a Technical Sales Support, you are the crucial link between customers, the sales team and our internal technical departments. You support customers and partners with in-depth technical expertise, provide product training and ensure clear, professional documentation.
Additionally, you actively contribute to Enovates’ commercial strength and provide valuable input for product development and market positioning within the EV charging infrastructure landscape.
Responsibilities
- Technical support and training for customers, installers, and partners throughout Belgium
- Addressing technical inquiries via email, telephone, and during on-site visits
- Translating customer needs into concrete technical solutions in collaboration with the Product Owner (R&D and Product Management)
- Coordinating communication between Sales, R&D, Product Planning and Service departments
- Creating, translating and maintaining technical and commercial documentation including product manuals, technical datasheets, price lists, application and installation guidelines, powerpoint presentations and training materials
- Conducting competitor analyses and identifying market trends and country-specific regulations to optimize products (in collaboration with the Product Owner)
- Supporting the sales team at trade fairs, demonstrations and other promotional activities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for standardization bodies, commissions and government organizations regarding technical questions and product certification
Required skills and experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a similar technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical environment, preferably within e-mobility or EV charging solutions
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service or sales support
- Knowledge of project-based work and experience interacting with distributors, installers, and end customers
- Commercial intuition combined with a strong customer-oriented focus
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a significant asset
- Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium and occasionally abroad
- Independent, structured and a strong communicator with a professional demeanor
