Enovates continues as Enovates Group NV
The technology, products and customer relationships of Enovates continue under Enovates Group NV, a new and independent Belgian company. Our first priority is clear: to give our customers certainty again and to safeguard the continuity of their charging infrastructure.
For our customers, the message is concrete. We are working to ensure the continuity of service, software support and the availability of parts, so that ongoing projects are followed up and their charging infrastructure keeps working reliably. We do this the way it should be done: customer by customer, with the people they already knew.
That certainty comes first and foremost from the people. A large part of the former team is coming along, so that the technical knowledge, product experience and customer relationships are retained. They are the same engineers, product and service people who developed and supported our range, and who are ready today to help our customers further.
The restart came about because people from within Enovates wanted to carry that built-up value forward, together with an investor who believes in it for the long term. Bart Vereecke, co-founder of Enovates, takes on the role of CEO again, together with four experienced colleagues with a history at the company. For the long term we are supported by the investment group of entrepreneur and investor Kees Koolen, who brings extensive experience in scaling technology companies internationally and whose investments focus, among other things, on the energy transition. Day-to-day management remains with our own team.
We do not want to be a copy of the past, but a sharper and independent company with a clear way of working. A good and reliable product for our customers is central, with quality, service and support as the standard. We take the time to do it, because building something solid takes years, and we are here for the long term.
Our core remains professional AC charging infrastructure and open smart charging software for B2B customers such as charging networks, parking operators, businesses and public infrastructure players, with future-oriented charging technology including bidirectional charging. We build on the technology and customer base of Enovates, which grew into the largest charging station manufacturer in Belgium with more than 300,000 charging points in Europe.
