Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure smooth, accurate and professional support across various communication channels. Thanks to your customer-oriented approach, you contribute to a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle all customer inquiries via e-mail, ticketing systems, phone and other communication channels
- Resolve operational issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, while respecting agreed-upon delivery timelines
- Keep customers proactively informed regarding delivery times, order status, and any potential changes
- Coordinate and monitor orders throughout the entire operational process
Ensure accurate data management, clear communication and timely, error-free deliveries for every customer
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
- You work accurately and maintain a clear overview, even when managing multiple ongoing cases
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience with administrative tasks is required; experience with CRM-systems is considered a plus
