register, confirm and follow up customer orders from booking to shipment<\/li><li>Create quotations for customers, aligned with sales, and follow them through to order<\/li><li>Act as the operational point of contact for customers: communicate proactively on delivery dates, order status and any deviations<\/li><li>Support the RMA (returns) process by routing return shipments and coordinating the
